All graduates are REQUIRED to return the Convocation Robe according to the following schedule. Penalty shall be imposed if your convocation ceremonial attire is returned late or damaged or lost.

Kindly be informed that the Tracer Study is now available.
i. What is the Tracer Study – Sistem Kajian Pengesanan Graduan (SKPG)?
The Tracer Study (SKPG) is a mandatory survey conducted by the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) to collect data on graduates. The information will be stored in the MoHE system (not the university database) for future verification and recognition of certificates in Malaysia.
ii. Who needs to complete it?
All graduates — both local and international — are required to complete the survey.
iii. Where can I access the survey?
You can access it online at https://graduan.mohe.gov.my/SKPG26/LogMasuk.aspx and you can refer to the attachment guidelines below.
iv. What is SKPG 2.0?
SKPG 2.0 is an update survey.
It applies only to graduates who have already completed SKPG 2026 but were unemployed at that time.
If you later secure a job (e.g., 1–2 months after graduation), you must log in again to SKPG 2.0 and update your employment details.
v. Why is this important?
Your participation ensures that your data is recorded in the official MoHE system.

The official photographer appointed by AeU (Ede & Ravenscroft (M) Sdn Bhd) will take photographs of Graduates while they are receiving their scrolls. The official photographer will also be setting up booths at IDCC Ideal Convention Centre, Shah Alam on Convocation Day to provide photography services to Graduates.
