To ease congestion on Convocation Day, it is COMPULSORY for graduates to collect their robes and have their photography sessions according to the provided schedule below. If graduates fail to collect their Convocation attire (gown, hood & Mortar Board) on Friday, 18th October 2024 without any valid reason, they may not be allowed to partake in the Convocation Ceremony on Saturday, 19th October 2024. For family photography sessions can be arranged upon request at additional costs (please contact Ede & Ravenscroft (M) Sdn Bhd for inquiries and booking).

All graduates are REQUIRED to return the Convocation Robe according to the following schedule. Penalty shall be imposed if your convocation ceremonial attire is returned late or damaged or lost.

The graduands of academic programmes are required to participate in the Ministry of Higher Education (MoHE) Graduate Tracer Study survey. Please take note that AeU reserves the right to withhold the certificate if the graduand fails to complete the MoHE Graduate Tracer Study survey.

After completing the SKPG 1 response, graduates are allowed to update their employment status again after a 24-hour period by visiting the SKPG 2.0 site at the link:

The official photographer appointed by AeU (Ede & Ravenscroft (M) Sdn Bhd) will take photographs of Graduates while they are receiving their scrolls. The official photographer will also be setting up booths at Level 5, WTC, Kuala Lumpur on Convocation Day to provide photography services to Graduates. For those who are interested to have your personal graduation photo or with your family members, we are pleased to inform that you may directly contact our official photographer (Ede & Ravenscroft (M) Sdn Bhd).
